Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Payroll Administrators who have 2+ year's payroll experience with great initiative and accurate data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting a payroll team processing a payroll of over 4.000 employees
Ensure compliance with NZ payroll legislation.
Manage and maintain accurate payroll records.
Carrying out manual payroll calculations and reconciliations
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of experience in payroll
Experience using payroll systems such as SAP, Payglobal, Novapay, MYOB, Xero or similar software
An intermediate level of Excel skills
A sound understanding of NZ payroll legislation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate and personable with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
