- PA supporting an executive and wider corporate team

- Permanent fulltime role located in the eastern suburbs of Wellington
- $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diary and calendar management and meeting coordination
- Monitoring of emails
- Preparation of meeting papers
- Travel arrangements
- Draft correspondence
- HR support
- Previous PA or strong coordination/administration experience
- Professional and positive “can do” attitude – likes to get thing done!
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong knowledge of the MS Suite.
