  • $60,000 - $71,000K depending on experience

Use your project administration skills and experience to join this project team. You will be involved in a range of support functions working with a team of experts who are implementing a solutions-based technology around New Zealand.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Office administration and meeting support services including taking action point minutes
  • Travel arrangements and coordination
  • Financial administration support
  • Regular fortnightly and monthly reporting
  • General project administration support

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in project administration and coordination roles
  • Ability to develop effective working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technically savvy with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Highly organised and a proactive “can do” attitude
  • Able to work at pace and deliver to deadlines
