Project & Events Support Administrator 1 x Permanent, 1 x Fixed term 12 months

Flexible working hours and arrangements

• Up to $59,000 per annum depending on experience

• CBD Location at National Library

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to Directorate managers and staff within the National Library
  • Planning and coordinate projects/events with Managers
  • Initiating and supporting key project and event administration processes, including invoicing and database management
  • Setting up and administering key project documents, and assist with record keeping of all project documentation
  • Assisting with producing project reporting

Provide business and financial planning support for events and projects
