They currently have a vacancy for a QS at the strong intermediate level that will join a high performing team

Working within a team and reporting to a commercial director, you will be typically working on such tasks as:

• Scheduling/estimating
• Tender preparation and analysis
• Bills of quantities
• Cost management
• Progress claims and assessing variations
• Subcontractor management

Key success factors for this role require:

• A tertiary qualification in construction management or quantity surveying
• 5+ years experience worked as a hands on QS from a main contractor
• Sound knowledge of the local construction market and relevant commercial construction legislation and rates
• A high performing working attitude 
• High levels of accuracy and commercial acumen 
• Outstanding written and oral communication

Remuneration: $110K - $130K + full use of vehicle + fuelcard
