Opportunities at this client is far and few as their staff never leaves! They have just implemented a new CRM system and looking for some extra assistance for around 4-6 months to assist the team. There is an opportunity for longer term.

 

In the role of Sales Administrator, you will be based in the CBD and you will be responsible for the timely execution of all activities associated with customer account management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process manual orders on ERP Systems
  • Process overdue customer credit notes
  • Day-to-day customer queries
  • Work and communicate effectively within the customer service team and across the entire supply chain

  • Experience in a similar environment would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Experience working on ERP systems
  • Accurate data entry
