Our Government Sector client is seeking a polished Senior Communications Advisor to join their robust national team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the community and put your prior Government comms experience into action in a fresh structure.
You will be supporting internal and external Communications plans and strategies designed to lift the profile of the work that the organisation is doing, also giving solid strategic comms advice to senior leadership and the wider organisation.
Along with solid tenure at a senior level within a government environment, we are looking for a best-in-class professional with the following:
Excellent writing and the ability to tell a story.
Sound experience providing strategic advice to key leaders and stakeholders.
A strong track record of delivering effective communications outcomes with proven results.
Highly organised with great stakeholder management skills.
The ability to communicate up and down the ladder effectively to achieve strategic outcomes.
Ideally, some working exposure to Tikanga Maori.
