We have a 12-month fixed term contract for an ER Consultant with strong ER and IR experience. This role will provide ER and IR expertise to People Leaders and the broader P&C Team.

Day to day you could expert to work on:
•    Providing ER advise to business
•    Mentoring and coaching People Leaders and the broader P&C team
•    Representing the company on IR matters
•    Providing guidance on ER related litigation
•    Preparing stats and reporting

About you:
•    Strong knowledge of NZ employment and industrial law
•    Law degree and current practising certificate
•    Experience undertaking mediation and ERA hearings
•    Proven experience in managing the resolution of ER issues and disputes
