Are you proactive? Have good energy about yourself? Someone who enjoys using their initiative? And has previous experience being a Team Administrator and/or Personal Assistant? We are extremely busy with many team admin, support officer and personal assistant roles within different government agencies!

  • Commencing ASAP - Can only work with a 5-day notice period
  • $27.00 -  $35.00 depending on experience
  • High Profile Government agencies

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary /Calendar Management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Processing invoices – coding for payments
  • Complete expense claims
  • Scheduling health and safety assessments
  • Inbox management for the General manager
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Attend meetings- take action point minutes
  • Maintain Excel Spreadsheet
  • Assist with reporting
  • Coordinate events
  • Draft Correspondence

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Someone who has excellent Microsoft Suite Skills – proven testing is required

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship

Available immediately or on a 5 work day notice

Live in Wellington
