Key responsibilities include:

Diary /Calendar Management

Ordering office supplies
-
Processing invoices – coding for payments

Complete expense claims
-
Scheduling health and safety assessments
-
Inbox management for the General manager
-
Onboarding new staff
-
Attend meetings- take action point minutes
-
Maintain Excel Spreadsheet
-
Assist with reporting
-
Coordinate events
-
Draft Correspondence
