We’re partnering with a well‑established organisation to recruit a skilled 3PL Administration Team Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day administration activities across warehousing, transport, and client operations.

About the Role
As the 3PL Administration Team Leader, you will manage a busy administration team supporting warehousing, transport, and customer operations. You will oversee receivals, stock movements, order processing, dispatch administration, pallet transfers, and the coordination of transport services.
You will also work closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless delivery of services, proactive communication, and high levels of accuracy across all administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop the 3PL Administration team
- Oversee receivals, stock movements, order entry, tracking, dispatch admin, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and transport partners
- Ensure warehouse orders are processed accurately and on time
- Coordinate transport and delivery requirements for clients
- Manage reporting, data processing, problem analysis, and general support tasks
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding order status, delays, and PODs
- Work with WMS, CRM, LAMS and BI tools to support operational performance
- Ensure billing processes linked to operations are followed correctly
- Proactively identify and resolve exceptions or process issues

- Demonstrated leadership experience – ability to train, mentor, and motivate others
- Strong understanding of warehouse and/or 3PL operations
- Excellent time management and forward‑planning capability
- Ability to drive continuous improvement within the team

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
Health & Safety
You will champion safe work practices, support accurate reporting of incidents, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, SOPs, and internal standards. A proactive approach to maintaining a safe environment is essential.
