The Opportunity

This permanent Customer Service Broker position will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders and the public, providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Responding to the 0800 customer service lines
• Assisting customers with new policies, claims, and updating details
• Working with customers and Insurers and acting as liaison on all broking issues, including claims and underwriting
• Maintaining files and assisting with credit control
About You:
To be successful in this role you would ideally have previous experience in a high-volume, inbound call centre environment and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.
To be eligible for this permanent opportunity, you must:
• Have at least two years’ experience in customer service based roles
• Previous experience with high volume inbound calling, ideal to have insurance or banking backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Have New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
