About the role:
The primary purpose of the Training Specialist is to provide analysis, advice and guidance to the Training Lead and the project team on ensuring training solutions are implemented and training and learning resources are fit for purpose and help users to effectively understand and utilise the new technology and new business processes competently.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A commitment to biculturalism.
- A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years demonstrated experience in a facilitation, learning and/or coaching environment developing and delivering training, or 3-5 years’ in a large organisation and/or project or programme of work developing and delivering training.
- The ability to coach other Trainers on improving design, development, delivery and evaluation skills and knowledge.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
