Do you have a strong accounts background, and are familiar with all areas of AP, AR and Payroll? We have a new temporary or permanent opportunity commencing the beginning on February. This role is a part time role for 32 hours a week, ideally working 5 days a week.

  • Permanent or temporary accounts assistant role (open to the candidates preference)
  • Temp rate, $30.00p/h, permanent salary, $55,000-$60,000 Pro Rata
  • Part time, 32 hours a week
  • CBD location

Day to Day:

  • Processing invoices
  • Looking after bank reconciliations
  • General accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Payroll tasks - experience not required
  • MYOB is the accounting system used

Looking for a Candidate who has:

  • Strong accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Have strong technical skills and can pick up on systems quickly. Systems such as MYOB
  • Is personable and outgoing
  • Is good at multi - tasking and problem solving
  • Approachable and confident attitude
