- Accounts Payable Administrator needed
- 2 month (approx) Temporary Assignment
- 37.5 hours per week (5 days in the office)
- Immediate start required

Our role:
Will see you working in a small and very friendly finance team carrying out the usual accounts payable functions ie high volume 3-way matching (PO, goods receipt and invoice) supporting payment runs, reconciliations, credit card rec's, processing payments, resolving invoice and supplier queries, and getting involved in an month end support ie month end closing, including preparing accruals , reconciliations and audit
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in high volume NZ Accounts Payable functions
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Previous use of ERP accounting software
- You must be IT savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively.
