The Company:
My client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their vibrant team reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. They are an FMCG manufacturing supplier to the food services industry, are extremely stable and have an amazing reputation in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End to end Accounts Payable function within SAP.
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices - 75% is Purchase Order Matching
- Daily, weekly, and monthly payment runs.
- FX transactions
- Creditor reconciliations
- Maintaining supplier records
- Maximise the use of MS Excel, SAP S/4 Hana and other systems.
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- High volume Accounts Payable experience
- Experience using an ERP Accounting System ideally SAP.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Be reliable, well organised with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Superb communication skills both written and oral
