As a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability of our client's organization. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with collections efforts. Your attention to detail and dedication to accuracy will be key in this role.
Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are received on time.
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
Prepare and send invoices to customers.
Assist with the collections process, including contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
Balance sheet reconciliation
Generate aging reports and other accounts receivable reports.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle. Sage, MYOB, Xero).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong reconciliation skills
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
