  • Part time hours, 25 – 30 hours a week, across 5 days a week

  • 2 weeks shut down period over Christmas

We have a temporary Accounts Receivable position starting on July 29th and running through March 2025. We seek an individual with proven experience in Accounts Receivable, who thrives in a casual and relaxed work environment. The role includes debt collection responsibilities, so comfort and proficiency in this area are essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciling payments

  • Debt collection

  • Covering the phoneline if Office Manager is away 

Skills and Attributes required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years Accounts Receivable experience. Ideally have experience with debt collection.

  • Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite

  • Xero experience would be beneficial but not necessary

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive person who uses their initiative

  • Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
