Permanent Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who can step into a role that they will own and support a team who are making a difference.

You will be working in a busy, professional environment with a motivated and passionate team who will appreciate and value your support.
This role has plenty of variety and you will be kept busy.

Role Details:
  • Monday – Friday full time – permanent.
  • Salary $60,000 - $70,000.
  • Wellington CBD location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and business support.
  • Financial and procurement tasks.
  • Arranging travel, meetings and logistics
Key Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
  • High level of communication skills and ability to build relationships
