We have a exciting opportunity working as an Advisor in a customer service capacity for a central Wellington based Government organisation. This role is commencing ASAP till December. If you have strong customer service and administration skills, get in touch!

These Roles Are:

  • Customer Service Advisor - taking both inbound and outbound calls
  • $35.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full time, commencing ASAP till December
  • CBD location
  • Monday - Friday hours

Are you looking for your next customer experience role? We are looking for a strong customer service professional who genuinely enjoys customer service and is an all-round people person. You must be motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills as well as genuine interest in development, and delivery and promoting a high level of customer service within a corporate environment.

General Duties:

  • Answering inbound callsm and making outbound calls
  • Processing, reviewing and monitoring applications
  • Data entry
  • Working in a fast paced environment

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Must have proven call centre experience/customer service experience as well as basic administration experience
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • High level of communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
  • Available ASAP or have up to a 5-day notice period
