Are you an expert in finance with a passion for digital innovation, or maybe someone enthusiastic about exploring the realm of finance? We're in search of a dynamic Business Support Partner (BSP) to join our client starting in March, with a commitment for a duration of one year. Ideally, the person will have some background in Finance or a keen interest to learn.
While it's not an accounting role, a basic understanding of financial concepts is a plus. The role focuses on finance, digital, and compliance operations, and we are looking for someone willing to learn and comfortable in a self-managed team environment.
Responsibilities within the finance, Digital and Compliance space:
- Execute financial month-end close activities.
- Handle monthly invoicing and FMI sales posting.
- Support rebate agreements in SAP and facilitate monthly settlements.
- Aid in the development and administration activities.
- Provide support for digital customer experience on HCP platform.
- Resolve issues and administer HCP platform and other digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Business Support Partner network to address affiliate priorities.
- School Certificate or Level 1 NCEA with a certificate in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Two or more years in accounting/finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology applications and exploring new digital tools.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts or a willingness to learn.
