This is an opportunity for a Junior or Mid- level HR Advisor who has some experiences in change management and would love to be part of the “solution”.
The role is based in Rotorua, change professionals from surrounding area such as Hamilton or Tauranga etc. are encouraged to apply for this great opportunity.
- Change initiatives - identify and provide input into the impacts across Managed Isolation and Quarantine Facilities (MIQFs) in your region
- Contribute to building MIQFs understanding of change management and everyone’s role in it
- Work with the Change Management team and the regional leaders to ensure the implementation of change is timed to enable the business to embed and absorb all changes
- Identify potential areas of resistance, and work with the Change Managers in developing the right strategies to engage our users on the change journey
- Participate in the creation and implementation of Change Management strategies
- Administration work
- 1-2 years of experiences in change management
- Confident and clear communication is a must
- You can operate as a trusted advisor to diverse Stakeholder base
- Strong resilience
