Opportunity for an experienced Change contractor to work part time (2-3 days) per week.

The organisation is modernising and the role of the Changer Manager is to support an ERP implementation, and will involve significant culture change. The organisation needs to be taken on a mindset change journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the change plan
• Executive team mindset change
• Behavioural change around new ways of working
• Cultural change
• Change communication

The sector is manufacturing/fabrication. The role will start with 1-2 days per week and grow to 3 days as the process progresses.
