About the role:
Are you an experienced Commercial Leasing Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client owns and operates an indoor entertainment centre located in the heart of Auckland City made up of retail, entertainment, and restaurant tenants.
They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude to manage their existing tenants and manage the leasing of available space. On offer is a permanent position with a competitive salary.
Duties:
- Lease portfolio management, debtor management & negotiations.
- Market available spaces, meet new tenants and conduct necessary due diligence.
- Manage existing tenant rent reviews and renewals.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX alongside Facilities Manager.
- Provide monthly reports and updates to management.
- Work with the projects team on new fit outs and other projects.
- Updating property schedules and weekly reporting.
- Tenant, contractor & landlord relationship management.
- Database management.
Skills & experience:
- Commercial leasing / property management experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications.
- High standard of work, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of property legislation.
- Be able to hit the ground running.
