We are looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our clients' well established contact centres.

If you have experience in any of the following contact centre environments, then we would like to hear from you:

  • Freight forwarding
  • Logistics
  • Insurance
  • Banking
  • FMCG
  • Telecommunications

Typical duties could include:

  • Answering general enquiry calls
  • Problem resolution / objection handling
  • Entering information into the database or updating client information
  • Processing orders
  • Working towards KPI's / targets
  • Taking ownership of tasks

You will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Amazing references from previous managers
  • Proven experience within a fast pace contact centre environment
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Good MS Office skills / data entry
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms
