Coordination and Customer Service Role

Our client is a leading NZ Business in the CBD offering great opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join their high-performance team. In this role, you will process orders, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders around telecommunications projects. There is a high level of coordination in this role as well as administration, so you will need to bring your “A” game.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role preferably within a Call Centre environment
  • Understanding of NZ Telco network and services
  • Experience within technical roles would be desirable
  • System Savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Commitment for 6 months
