Our client is top of their game and a recognised household name on the North Shore.   They are so good at what they do their business is growing.   

We are on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2+ year's experience working in an inbound/outbound customer service role to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Rosedale.   

If you have experience working in a fast paced customer services role which will see you securing business over the phone and locking it in we might just have the perfect role for you.   You will be rewarded with a nice hourly rate along with incentives the more successful you are in your role.   What could be better?  

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!   

Hours for our role are between 7.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Converting phone calls into bookings 
  • Processing paperwork, answering customers queries via telephone calls and emails  
  • Offering quotes 
  • Entering information into a CRM/Job Management software
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years customer service experience in a small business or call centre environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM packages
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
