Customer Service Representative

We’re on the hunt for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s temporary workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for people who can work to pace and enjoy keeping busy. You will be responsible for placing customer orders, answering queries and the coordination of timeous product deliveries.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer enquiries
  • Processing of customer orders
  • Action order changes requested by customers
  • Updating of customer details
  • Having up to date knowledge of stock level
  • Inter departmental liaison
  • Liaise with stores to raise orders for stock deliveries
  • Effective communication with the other teams and customers regarding order updates

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A warm and friendly manner
  • Previous working experience in a similar role
  • Must be action orientated with a sense of urgency
  • Inventory / stock control experience
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Intermediate level computer skills
