- Taking high volumes incoming calls
- Assist customers with queries, telephonically and via email
- Processing bookings
- Assist with billing issues
About you:
- Previous contact centre experience advantageous Excellent customer service experience Ability to work flexible roster hours, including some weekend work
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate around a computer
- Own Reliable transport
