We are on the look-out for an experienced Customer Services Representative/Administrator with 3+ year's experience working in a hands on sales support role.   Our opportunity will see you working within a business who really care about their customers, offer a top range of products, and a great service.

Hours for our role are between 9.00am - 5.00 Monday to Thursday (office) and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm working from home (40 hour week) 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Answering product queries
• Converting phone calls into sales 
• Creating sales orders in a slick inventory/sales software system
• Producing shipping labels 
• Monitoring stock levels
• Liaising with a super nice Operations Manager, Production Manager and CEO and fantastic manufacturing team 
• Processing paperwork, answering customers queries via telephone calls and emails  
• Offering quotes 
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders 

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years customer service experience in a customer focused organisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Top notch Excel inventory and sales processing skills
• Excellent communication skills 
• Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
• Initiative and problem-solving skills 
• Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
