We are on the look-out for an experienced Customer Services Representative/Administrator with 3+ year's experience working in a hands on sales support role. Our opportunity will see you working within a business who really care about their customers, offer a top range of products, and a great service.

Hours for our role are between 9.00am - 5.00 Monday to Thursday (office) and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm working from home (40 hour week)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Answering product queries
- Converting phone calls into sales
- Creating sales orders in a slick inventory/sales software system
- Producing shipping labels
- Monitoring stock levels
- Liaising with a super nice Operations Manager, Production Manager and CEO and fantastic manufacturing team
- Processing paperwork, answering customers queries via telephone calls and emails
- Offering quotes
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years customer service experience in a customer focused organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch Excel inventory and sales processing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
