As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors reaching out with questions and seeking advice. You’ll handle a wide range of enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Role Details:
- Porirua location
- Full time, Monday – Friday, office based
- Hourly rate: $32.00 per hour
- Commencing 9th March for 12 months
- Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Logging and tracking service requests using our internal systems
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues where possible
- Escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams
- Supporting a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
