CX Business Partner – Digital Engagement

Our client is a leader in its field, a global organisation in the pharma sector with a strong footprint in New Zealand.
This is a new role in a new product business squad and will drive the vision and lead the DCX focusing on the local market, working with the organisation, the clients, partners and patients.

As such we are seeking someone with the mindset and disruptive approach to create innovative cultural change across everything digital. You will understand and make it your business to focus on the customer journey from every aspect including the client, partners, patients and medical experts.

You are likely to be involved in the pharma, medical or similar sector now. You understand customer journey, marketing channels and all things digital. Leading and driving via an omni-channel approach is very familiar to you. You love the face-to-face interaction with both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key evolving responsibilities will include:
  • Partnership with the leadership and IT BP team to develop and roll out a sustainable and comprehensive plan that will equip and strengthen customer centricity, digital experience, capabilities, practice and behaviours.
  • You will be someone who stays ahead of digital trends and technology, a thought leader in your field.
  • You will be very familiar with using data and insight from acquisition, generation and analytics to enable effective planning and decision making.
  • Understand and investigate the current state of the customer experience and touchpoint from current channels to future needs.
  • Develop and measure the effectiveness of the CX and Digital maturity.
  • Lead and drive the development of an omni-channel strategy across an agile environment.
  • Lead NZ digital marketing and promotional content while working alongside partners and clients to source the latest material, thinking and information.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Being an expert with knowledge in Digital Marketing and CX methodologies
  • You will have led and developed omni channel strategy, planning and execution.
  • You have a curious mindset and an openness to learning and developing new ideas.
  • You have an investigative approach using data and insights to analyse and interpret key information.
  • You are familiar working in an agile environment and can function across diverse teams and networks.
  • You will be a leader with a focus on sourcing and sharing the latest methodologies and thinking.
  • You like to collaborate and involve others to help execute a plan.
  • You are a confident communicator and networker.
  • Delivery of presentations from executive to team level does not phase you.
  • Tertiary qualified across a broad range from Health, Science, IT to Business will be considered.
  • A background in the Health, Pharma or similar sector where you have driven innovative CX and Digital strategy.
