- Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) Engineer
- Auckland CBD (Onsite)
- 6-month contract
About the role:
- Provide 2nd level desktop support for Windows and Mac environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and mobile device issues (Android & iOS)
- Manage user administration and ticketing in line with documented processes and SLAs
- Perform PXE imaging and software deployment using SCCM
- Support walk-in users and maintain a high level of customer service
- Prioritise and manage daily support tasks independently
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow established processes for housekeeping and documentation
- 5 years’ experience in desktop support within a large corporate or complex business environment
- Proficiency with SCCM, Active Directory, Windows 10, and Mac OS
- Strong knowledge of mobile device support (Android and iOS)
- Experience with PXE imaging and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a walk-in support setting
- A full New Zealand driver’s license as there will be site visits to other offices
