The opportunity to join a large independent and National brand based at Head office on the North Shore. This organization is well known for its strong culture and excellence in delivery to the stakeholders.
Reporting to the HO Digital & Loyalty you will be immediately able to step in and drive active workstreams across loyalty, campaigns, supplier promotions, CRM and communications.
There are three in this team, and you will be part of a wider Marketing team.
The role:
- It is essential that you have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You have operated with these platforms daily.
- You must be someone who has built campaigns, knowledge with audience segmentation, data handling and email automation.
- You are someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Autonomy and the ability to step into this role and drive the necessary outcomes will be essential
- You will be the day-to-day contact for the organisation's loyalty programme across store, programme providers, support and customers
- Manage and deploy email communications, automated customer journeys and segmented customer sends using existing data structures
- Working alongside Marketing & the wider teams
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions by leveraging loyalty assets and touchpoints
