As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an executive office.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently managing the CEO's schedule and providing proactive support.
- Coordinating high-profile meetings, events, board coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Streamlining communication channels between the executive team and various departments.
- 5 – 10+ years proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
