About the role:
As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an executive office.

Responsibilities include:
  • Efficiently managing the CEO's schedule and providing proactive support.
  • Coordinating high-profile meetings, events, board coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Streamlining communication channels between the executive team and various departments.
What you will bring: 
  • 5 – 10+ years proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
An immediate start is required.
