This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll manage complex stakeholder relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure the CE’s time is focused on delivering strong outcomes for Aotearoa.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator with high EQ and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven senior EA experience with a strong relationship and stakeholder management focus working with senior executives.
- Someone who’s comfortable with calendar management, administrative support, minutes of meetings for SLT meetings and skilled in continuous improvement including the use of AI tools.
- Board support experience including the coordination of meetings, reviewing board papers, proof reading and using Diligent software.
- A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and act with discretion.
- A team player who’s resilient, adaptable, and available outside core hours when required.
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
