My client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a 6-month maternity cover reporting to the Finance Manager. They are a FMCG manufacturing business who are extremely stable and have an amazing reputation in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices
  • Creditor reconciliations
  • Maintaining supplier records
  • Assist with the Accounts Payable email inbox
  • Maximise the use of MS Excel, Sage, and other systems.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:
  • High volume Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience using an ERP Account System ideally Sage
  • Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Be reliable and well organised with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills both written and oral
