We’re looking for a seasoned insurance professional to lead this new division. About the role
You’ll take the reins of a brand-new Fire & General Insurance division, leveraging the company’s strong brand, existing client base, and operational support. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape the strategy, systems, and growth trajectory.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Launch and grow the Fire & General Insurance division
- Build and manage a portfolio of commercial (B2B) clients
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions
- Develop key insurer and supplier relationships
- Shape internal processes and help build a high-performing team
- 5+ years of experience in Fire & General insurance (commercial focus preferred).
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambition to help grow a business and share in the equity.
