Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 2+ year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Albany.     

If you have experience working in a fast paced graphic design role we might just have the perfect role for you.

Hours for our role are between 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Creating marketing materials, both print and digital.
  • Coming up with promotional concepts, sales materials, catalogues, image files, video content, social media graphics, posters, flyers and collateral for events and training courses.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years graphic design experience with a creative agency, brand or business in-house studio
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel.
  • It will be a bonus if you are familiar with Canva or MailChimp
  • Experience preparing pre-press files and setting up artwork for print.
  • Sound knowledge of Social Media Platforms and scheduling tools, within a professional context - FaceBook, Instagram and Linked-In.
  • Ideally have short video planning and editing knowledge (familiar with video editing software such as Premiere or After Effects).  This is a bonus but not essential.   
  • Ability to design a wide range of marketing and promotional collateral - logos, brochures, flyers, social media and online display advertising content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with other takes as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Top Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy being creative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
