Key accountabilities:
- Managing and coordinate a regional HSW team
- Deliver best-in-class business partnering and advisory services
- Actively support senior regional leaders and regional leadership teams to eliminate risk
- Oversee the completion of HSW Learning Reviews
- Provide strategic advice
- Embedding a one team mentality
- Strengthening leader accountability
To be successful you will need the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Leading a team of HSW professionals
- Build effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to provide startegic and analytical advice
- Plan and deliver on a strategic improvement programme
- Maintain big picture focus
- Knowledge of best practice HSW
- Strong level of cultural capability and awareness
