We are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to provide sound advice and support to the HR function within a financial company. Our client supports flexible working environment where you could work from home 2 days a week post lockdown.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic HR Aspect:
- Support HR team in development and implementation of strategies, and initiatives relating to HR function
- Coach and advise leaders in talent management, succession planning, retention, and culture etc
- Provide sound supports to HRBPs in the delivery pf general HR activities
HR Operational Aspect:
- Provide sound advice and support to managers on company polices and procedures, employment legislation, and performance management etc
- Support HRBPs or managers in disciplinary process, making sure the process is fair and reasonable
- Ensure HR information is updated and correct
- Responding to queries from internal stakeholders
- HR reporting- providing HR reports to management team for board report content
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR advisory level
- Experience in implementing new initiatives
- A sound communicator and a relationship-builder
- Keen to learn, because they are keen to train!
