This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to undertake a project work for an exciting joint venture. This is a three- months full time contract with immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
- Review existing systems, policies and procedures and employment documents
- Review Job Descriptions and update to recognise new tasks
- Review existing HR policy and provide recommendations
- Assist with processes and documentation for the consultation process and final decisions
- Recruitment assistance to the team
- HR operational duties – managing HR queries and providing advice to internal stakeholders within SLAs
- Ad hoc HR duties
About you:
- 1-2 years of experience in a junior HR advisory or senior HR Coordinator position
- Strong technical savvy
- Great self-imitative with customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong stakeholder management skill
