Opportunity for an HRBP to work closely with senior leaders.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The People Business Partner provides high level, trusted and credible advice and support to ELT members and their senior leadership team. It plays a significant role as an integral member at senior leadership team meetings, actively contributing to direction setting and achievement of business strategy, beyond the boundaries of HR.

This role is responsible for building their business group’s capability in taking ownership of their people processes. The role requires partnering and brokering access to relevant advice and expertise across the National Office HR teams.

The role accountabilities include:

  • Tailor strategy, advice and solutions
  • Act as a trusted and credible HR partner
  • Provide HR and ER advice
  • Provide risk assessment
  • Use HR information and analysis to identify trends
  • Work with the senior leadership team to develop HR strategies
  • Learning & development plans to build and maintain business group capability
  • Senior leadership team member
  • Coach and build capability of senior managers
  • Talent and succession mapping
  • Provision of high level HR support and advice in relation to all people matters

ABOUT YOURSELF:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated high HR knowledge
  • Proven experience as a trusted and credible business partner to executive teams, senior managers or business group
  • Ability to speak confidently
  • Proven ability in the management of HR/ER issues & provision of HR/ER advice and guidance
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relatiionship
