Opportunity for an L & OD Advisor to join a government organisation to identify, improve and implement learning and organisational development initiatives to support the learning strategy, supporting people capability, providing insight, tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and simplification refinement and implementation of OD initiatives
  • Create engaging, scalable and inclusive learning solutions
  • Learning needs analysis with people leaders
  • Co-design practical learning pathways to lift performance
  • Keep content current 
  • Coordinate schedules
  • Facilitation
  • Support end to end programme delivery 
  • Craft comms and guidance for learning and OD initiatives
We are looking for a proven track record in successfully delivering and embedding Learning or OD work encompassing learning needs analysis, design, delivery organisational listening/surveys, performance and talent management and process/system simplification.

If you are strong on detail, have worked in large, complex organisations, experienced in design thinking to collaboratively build frameworks and are confident in creating resources and facilitation- we want to hear from you!
