As a key part of the Health & Beauty division you will be responsible for building and maintaining demand forecasts across all of the brands in this division. Your planning will support supply chain, inventory optimisation and customer fulfilment.
A hands-on role that combines forecasting and reporting, working across the team and organisation. You will have a strong commercial lens.
What will you be doing:
- Lead the Demand Forecasting process for all H& B team members to deliver to all KPI’s.
- Update and continually maintain forecasting files for all brands
- Ensure meetings are held with key stakeholders
- Seasonal range order placement and management of key brands
- Analysis and reporting across a range of inventory and reporting back
- Utilise historical data, market trends and input from sales & marketing to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights on upcoming promotions, product launches, market changes that could impact demand.
- Prepare and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning Meeting (S&OP) for all H+B Brands owners
- Drive the S&OP process, facilitating regular cross functional meetings and reviews
- Provide insights to the leadership team regarding risk, opportunity and recommendations.
- Order procurement and a wide variety of related activity across stock and forecasting
- Fostering strong relationships with sales, marketing, production and other relevant areas to gather critical demand planning
- Netsuite reporting – develop and maintain a suite of inventory reports to identify trends, concerns and other ad hoc requirements
- Experience in data-driven reporting or commercial analysis withing an FMCG, retail or similar sector
- Experience working with IQVIA & Circana data
- Experience in Sales Forecasting and demand planning in FMCG
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint, Word & CRM platforms
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident to present ideas, data and work in a structured S&OP process
- You will hold a Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/ or have solid experience in a similar role
