You will be working across various workstreams and be part of a key project to move the organisation from paper to digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, deploy and maintain learning solutions and content
- Work closely with the learning design lead to develop new learning pathways and learning solutions
- Collaborate with SME's
- Develop, publish and maintain learning materials, online content
- Provide advice on learning design and use of blended learning methodologies
- Support the design Leads with planning to identify and manage risk
- Test and assess the effectiveness of learning materials
- Post course evaluation
- Relationship management
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in adult learning design
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Applied understanding of adult learning principles
- Up to date knowledge of best practice and trends
- Learning authoring tools and software Including - Articulate 360 Suite (mainly Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing, HTML, Powtoon and LMS experience (Totara will be well regarded)
- Well organised and can work well autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of learning solutions inclusive of digital projects
- Good personal and professional resilience
- Relationship management and collaboration
