Hourly rate contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager, with experience in people and process change and some learning knowledge.
You will be a part of a large transformation project. This will involve:

Change analysis
-
Deep discovery
-
Process mapping and design
-
Workforce planning
-
People change management support
-
Stakeholder and SME meetings
-
Providing facilitator/reference guides
The role will require someone with experience in deep discovery, change administration and analysis, as part of transformation projects/programmes and can also write facilitator guides/reference guides and can provide some training support if needed.
