Our client is a community based organisation who love to assist others and have a special project they need assistance with.   

We are on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service Super Stars with 2+ year's experience working in frontline, administration or retail roles and will thrive offering assistance to their community. Our opportunity will see you working within an organisation who really care about their customers and offer a great service.

If you have experience working in a fast paced customer service, retail or administration role this might just be the opportunity you have been looking for.   What could be better?

Hours for our role are from Monday - Sunday and vary from 20 - 38 hours per week during business hours.    

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Answering queries
  • Helping people use computers 
  • Organising inventory 
  • Working with a lovey bunch of people 
  • Processing paperwork, answering customers queries  
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years customer service experience in a customer focused organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Top computer skills
  • Professional, presentable, friendly with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
If you are a super experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in juggling tasks and enjoy delivering results for customers we need to talk!
