Our client is a government agency and sought-after employer. This is a great opportunity for you to join an energetic team as a Maintenance Administrator.

The key function for this role is to:

  • Investigate maintenance requests by tenants
  • Approve and prioritise work to be done
  • Supervise the Maintenance Partners and Service providers
  • Give regular feedback and updates on projects to Tenancy Managers, Asset Managers, and Maintenance Partners
  • Reviewing and evaluating completed jobs
  • Checking invoices and sign-off on completed jobs

About you:

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience as Maintenance Adminisrator, working with maintenance service providers
  • You will have good Word and Excel skills, with an ability to pick up new systems
  • You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills
