The key function for this role is to:
- Investigate maintenance requests by tenants
Approve and prioritise work to be done Supervise the Maintenance Partners and Service providers Give regular feedback and updates on projects to Tenancy Managers, Asset Managers, and Maintenance Partners Reviewing and evaluating completed jobs Checking invoices and sign-off on completed jobs

- Ideally, you will have previous experience as Maintenance Adminisrator, working with maintenance service providers
