This main contractor delivers a range of projects across commercial, high rise residential, industrial and specialist projects. They have good systems in place for training and development in and amongst a collaborative and social working environment.
Due to new projects looking to commence, this contractor is now on the look for a competent project/site administrator
Your duties will involve:
- Document management
- Drawings management
- Health and Safety – assisting with SSSP documentation and inductions
- Timesheet coordination and entry
- Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
- Arranging Council Inspections
- Project Completion Coordination (CPU,CCC,PC)
- Client and Stakeholder Liaison including consultants, and the Auckland Council
Your background:
We are looking for an experienced site/project administrator from the commercial and/or density residential construction industry with sound local knowledge and expertise.
You will have:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Advanced MS Office
- Systems proficient such as Aconex Document Control, Procore
- Site safe Passport Ideal
- Strong construction Health & Safety knowledge
Salary: $85K - $100K
