Our client is a household name in the not-for-profit sector and they are seeking a talented marketing specialist to join their supportive and vibrant team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract for 30-35 Hours per Week
This will be a visible and highly rewarding role working on marketing plans for fundraising activities that affect the lives of everyday Kiwi and you will be a key part of the success of the charity.
Day to day you can expect to be:
Coming up with online plans across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Tik Tok and Youtube will be a bonus)
Coming up with offline campaigns for OOH, Radio, TV etc.
Cross collaborating with the fundraising and events teams to boost their efforts
A year in this role:
3 Months: In the first 90 days you will be briefed and across key event fundraising activities as there are several in the calendar. You will be collaborating with the events team to create effective online and offline marketing plans to boost the event and rolling these out.
6 Months: By this time you will be across other pieces of the fundraising portfolio including regular giving and finding creative ways to drive revenue here. There is plenty of room for a test and learn approach to boost campaign effectiveness.
12 Months & Beyond: This is a contract for 12 months, however if campaign effectiveness is markedly approved there is a possibility this role could become permanent or be extended.
Essential to your success will be:
Hands on experience in digital campaigns across the large social platforms and offline.
The ability to write engaging content and create marketing plans.
Flexibility to attend events from time to time to support your team.
